SUMMARY:
Disclosure in conservation easements. Requires that instruments and deeds that create or transfer conservation easements disclose the limitations and obligations created by the easement. The holder of the easement must disclose its organizational purposes and the grantor of the easement must sign a consent form indicating an acknowledgment of the obligations and restrictions. Deeds transferring land for conservation purposes are required to contain similar information and be accompanied by a similar consent form.
