Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The U. S. Route [ 19/U. S. Route 460 bypass at Bluefield 460 from U.S. Route 19 west of Bluefield to the Virginia/West Virginia State Line ] is hereby designated the "C. Jefferson Stafford [ Bypass Highway ] ." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this route.
