Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The U. S. Route 19/U. S. Route 460 bypass at Bluefield is hereby designated the "C. Jefferson Stafford Bypass." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this route.
