SUMMARY:

Voluntary contribution to Virginia Commission for the Arts. Allows taxpayers receiving a refund to contribute to the Virginia Commission for the Arts by a check-off on their tax return. Such money shall be disbursed by the Commission in accordance with its statutory responsibilities.
