SUMMARY:
Certificates of satisfaction. Makes corrections in the certificate of satisfaction form adopted last year, including allowance for the possible difference in date of the note and the deed of trust since the maker and the grantor may be two different parties. The bill also removes some unnecessary language in the certificate form.
