SUMMARY:
Certification required of law-enforcement officers. Provides that all law-enforcement officers must be certified through the successful completion of training in an approved criminal justice training program within the Commonwealth's public institutions of higher education. Currently, this training is to be provided by an approved criminal justice training academy.
