SUMMARY:
Juvenile records. Eliminates the confidentiality of records held by law-enforcement agencies concerning a juvenile and the restrictions imposed upon dissemination of records contained in the Central Criminal Records Exchange concerning juveniles who have been adjudicated delinquent . CCRE currently has records only on juveniles 15 or older charged with specified violent felonies (§§ 16.1-299 and 19.2-390).
