SUMMARY:

Tax refund checkoff for transportation services for the elderly and disabled. Extends the sunset date to January 1, 1998, for the voluntary contribution taxpayers may make to the Department of Aging by designating that their state income tax refund, or some portion of it, be used to enhance transportation services for the elderly and disabled.
