SUMMARY:
Administration of government; grievance procedure; whistle blower protection. Adds acts of retaliation against an employee who has reported an allegation of fraud, waste or abuse to the State Employee Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Hotline to the definition of "grievance.” As a result, these employees would have the opportunity to pursue redress for such retaliation through the existing grievance procedure. The bill also contains technical amendments.
