Sales and use tax exemption; nonprofit civic and community service organizations. Grants a sales and use tax exemption to a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which helps persons with disabilities reach their potential for independent living. Incorporated into SB 704.
