SUMMARY:

Bond issue; Virginia Public Building Authority (VPBA). Authorizes an additional $182 million (from the current cap of $879 million to $1.061 billion) to construct and furnish new and existing juvenile and adult correctional projects and to make emergency safety repairs to the Monroe Building and the Broad Street Station of the Science Museum of Virginia (both of which are located in Richmond).
