SUMMARY:
Health department regulation of onsite sewage disposal systems. Reduces the application fee for renewal of onsite sewage disposal system or alternative discharging sewage system permits unless there have been substantial, intervening changes in the soil or site conditions where the system is to be located. Renewals involving substantial, intervening changes in the soil or site conditions at the system site require evaluations and will be treated as initial applications with a fee of $75.
