SUMMARY:
Virginia Public Building Authority. Authorizes the Virginia Public Building Authority to undertake certain projects for new and existing adult correctional facilities.
To accommodate the new projects and additional authorizations for existing projects, the bill increases the current $879 million VPBA bond cap to $928 million. The bill also requires that $30.8 million in principal amount of bonds be approved by a majority of voters in the November, 1995, general election prior to being authorized.
