SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1994 through June 30, 1998, for nonprofit organizations organized for the purpose of reducing crime in the Commonwealth by providing cash rewards to anonymous callers who supply information leading to the arrest and indictment of criminals, the capture of wanted persons, and the recovery of drugs or stolen property.
