SUMMARY:
Sales tax exemption. Exempts certain nonprofit organizations from the tax if such organizations are operated to hold, manage, preserve, and exhibit the Virginia estate and home of a former president of the United States, as well as to conduct certain other related ancillary activities. The Mt. Vernon Ladies Association would be among the beneficiaries of this exemption.
