SUMMARY:
Juvenile cases. Requires that a juvenile 13 or older who is charged with a third delinquent act which would be a felony if committed by an adult be transferred to the circuit court for trial as an adult. Additionally, the name and address of a juvenile 13 or older who commits a delinquent act which would be a felony if committed by an adult is required to be made public.
