SUMMARY:
Property and conveyances; Property Owners' Association Act; lien for assessments. Establishes conditions under which a property owners' association may sell a lot for failure to pay assessments for which a lien has been perfected by the association. The bill sets out the notice requirements for the sale and disposition of the proceeds. The bill also provides that such lien is prior to certain mortgages and deeds of trust.
