SUMMARY:
Property and conveyances; Condominium Act; lien for assessments. Establishes the conditions under which the unit owners' association may sell a condominium unit for failure to pay assessments for which a lien has been perfected by the association. The bill sets out the notice requirements for the sale and disposition of the proceeds. The bill also provides that such lien is prior to certain mortgages and deeds of trust.
