SUMMARY:

Removal or repair of structures. Removes the requirement that localities, prior to removing or repairing certain dangerous structures, file a bill in equity in the circuit court asking the owners of the structure to remove or repair the structure. A locality is still required to provide notice to the owner and lien holder of the property and a reasonable time to take the necessary action.
