SUMMARY:
Exemptions from corporate income tax. Exempts corporations from the corporate income tax if they would not be subject to the tax but for owning or leasing property at the premises of a commercial printer in Virginia or for selling at another location property printed at and shipped from the printer's premises. A corporation would also not be subject to the state corporate income tax as the result of activities performed by or on behalf of the corporation at the printer's premises or performed by the printer for or on behalf of the corporation.
