SUMMARY:
Commercial application of pesticides, herbicides, and other lawn chemicals. Requests the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and its Pesticide Control Board to study, with the assistance of the Department of Health and the Department of Environmental Quality, the necessity of regulating the commercial application of pesticides and herbicides in homes and on lawns, particularly in areas of high residential density such as apartments.
