SUMMARY:
Federal retirees tax credit. For taxable years beginning January 1, 1994, and ending January 1, 1999, grants a tax credit against income of federal retirees who have filed an amended return to recover taxes paid to the Commonwealth on federal retirement income for taxable years 1985 through 1988 of an amount equaling 20 percent of the total refund due the taxpayer for all the years in question.
