SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverage control; privatization of ABC stores. Provides for the issuance of a "liquor store" license to authorize the retail sale of alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption. The bill also requires ABC stores to be discontinued by December 31, 1999. The bill has a delayed effective date of January 1, 1995.
