SUMMARY:

Manufactured home relocation assistance. Provides that whenever a tenant of a manufactured home park is forced to relocate due to the sale, and rehabilitation or change in use of the manufactured home park, then the tenant shall be compensated for amounts actually expended to relocate by the contract purchaser.
