SUMMARY:
Crimes and offenses generally; bingo. Provides that bingo proceeds may be used by a qualified organization for those expenses relating to the acquisition, construction, maintenance, or repair of any interest in the real property involving the operation of the organization. Currently, the law allows the use of proceeds for acquisition, construction, etc., of real property of the organization provided that such property was used by the organization for lawful religious, charitable, community or educational purposes.
