SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; anti-fraud division. Establishes an anti-fraud division within the Office of the Attorney General to investigate and prosecute criminal fraud committed in connection with claims made under the Workers' Compensation Act. The Division will also maintain statistical records of its receipt, investigation and prosecution of claim-related fraud complaints and prepare periodic reports to the Workers' Compensation Commission and other governmental entities.
