SUMMARY:

Investment tax credit. Effective for taxable years 1994 through 1997, provides an investment tax credit, not to exceed 10 percent of the "new Virginia business activity investment," as defined. The tax credit is phased in and out on the following schedule: 1994--$3,750; 1995--$7,500; 1996--$15,000; and 1997--$30,000.
