SUMMARY:

Permitted provisions in a zoning ordinance. Provides that the governing body or the board of zoning appeals in Norfolk (described by population) may impose an expiration date upon any special exception relating to alcoholic beverage control licensees; the exception may expire upon a change in ownership, a change in possession, a change in operation or management of a facility or upon passage of a specified period of time.
