SUMMARY:
Juvenile records. Provides that, upon a finding of guilty, whether the court sentences a juvenile as a juvenile or as an adult, the record of the juvenile's conviction shall be treated the same as an adult's record and shall be transmitted to the Central Criminal Records Exchange.
