SUMMARY:
Reports by school personnel of certain incidents. Requires school principals or their designees to report incidents involving weapons, drugs or intentional wounding to local law-enforcement officials. Principals and their designees would be granted immunity from civil liability for making these reports. Under current law, these incidents must be reported to school principals.
