SUMMARY:
Assaults by confined juveniles. Makes it a Class 5 felony for a juvenile to cause bodily injury to an employee, supervisor, visitor, or teacher of a juvenile correctional facility or other secure facility in juvenile correctional facilities, etc., or to cause bodily injury to his probation officer or other supervising officer while on probation, protective supervision, or parole. This provision parallels the same type of statute applicable to adults when confined or on probation or parole.
