SUMMARY:
Validity of district court judgments. Provides that judgments taken in a district court after June 30, 1995, shall remain valid for 20 years (same as circuit court) instead of the current 10 years. These district court judgments could also be extended for an additional 20 years under § 16.1-69.55.
