Heavy metals in packaging. Exempts packages and packaging components used to contain alcoholic beverages bottled prior to July 1, 1992, from the requirements of the Reduction of Heavy Metals in Packaging Act (§§ 10.1-1425.20 through 10.1-1425.25).
