SUMMARY:
Confidentiality of juvenile records. Provides that juvenile records in the circuit court are confidential if related to a criminal appeal by a juvenile, but otherwise are open to public inspection. Currently, records of a juvenile are confidential if the circuit court treats the juvenile as a juvenile in its disposition.
