SUMMARY:
Docketing orders of restitution. Provides that orders of restitution in criminal cases shall, if docketed, be docketed with the same formality and effect as a civil judgment. The bill requires a defendant making restitution to provide the victim with personal information about the defendant, including home address, employer's address, social security number and bank information.
