SUMMARY:
Law-Enforcement Officers' Procedural Guarantees Act. Expands the coverage of the Act to include nonprobationary officers and employees of the Division of Capitol Police, the Virginia Marine Resources Commission, the Virginia Port Authority, the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, the Department of Motor Vehicles, campus police, and institutions of higher education who are authorized by law to make arrests. The bill also contains technical amendments.
