SUMMARY:
Campaign finance disclosure reports and penalties. Provides for notice by the Secretary of the State Board of Elections to candidates and treasurers that a filed disclosure report has been found incomplete before civil penalties are assessed. The bill allows seven days for candidates and treasurers to correct omissions and errors and up to an additional two weeks for compliance upon a showing of good cause.
