SUMMARY:

Corporations; revocation of foreign corporations' certificate of authority for cause. Authorizes the State Corporation Commission (SCC) to revoke a foreign corporation's certificate of authority to do business within the Commonwealth whenever the SCC determines that such corporation no longer exists in its home jurisdiction by virtue of dissolution, termination, merger or consolidation.
