Exempts from property tax property owned by the following organizations: Childhood Language Center; Athletes for Jesus; Garfield Childs Memorial Fund; Richmond Community Action Program, Inc.; Children, Incorporated; Virginia Congress of Parents & Teachers; and Sergeant Santa of Richmond, Inc. Such property is located in the City of Richmond and used for charitable purposes. Rolled into House Bill 1555.
