SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; parent and teacher organizations. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 1998, to tax exempt organizations which provide education, training, services, assistance, and support to elementary and secondary educational institutions. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
