SUMMARY:
Sales and use tax exemption; Middle Virginia Community Diversion Program, Inc. Grants a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1995, through June 30, 2000, for any community diversion program which serves the localities of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock. Incorporated in House Bill 1459.
