SUMMARY:
Virginia adjusted gross income. Provides a subtraction for Virginia residents for income taxes, in calculating their Virginia adjusted gross income, for income taxes paid to another state in a prior year on income previously not included in federal adjusted gross income (i.e., retirement income) and for contributions to a pension plan which were subject to an income tax in a foreign country in a prior taxable year.
