SUMMARY:

Sales tax exemption. Grants exempt status to nonprofit organizations which have 501 (c)(3) status and which are organized and operated for: (i) encouraging the protection and restoration of woods, wild flowers, and wildlife, (ii) safeguarding and conserving water resources and aquatic life, (iii) promoting sound principles of conservation through education of the public, and (iv) restoring for transmission on to posterity the outdoor America of our ancestors. This exemption will benefit the Izaak Walton League of America, its local chapters, and similar organizations.
