SUMMARY:

Notice of juvenile arrest. Requires the intake officer to give notice to the division superintendent whenever a juvenile is taken into custody and charged with a delinquent act involving death, weapons, drugs, assaults, woundings, arson or burglary. This is in addition to the notice of disposition which the clerks are required to give.
