SUMMARY:
Notice of arrest. Requires that notice of arrest be given to the school division superintendent whenever a person who is known to be an employee of a public school is arrested for any felony or any crime involving moral turpitude. Under current law, notice is to be given only upon arrest for a specific sex offense involving a child victim.
