SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax exemption; Tidewater Center for Technology Access. Provides a sales and use tax exemption from July 1, 1994, through June 30, 1998, for a nonprofit organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code which provides individuals who have disabling conditions with access to, support and assistance in the use of, and information concerning state-of-the-art technology in order to maximize their potential independence in their communities.
