SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation; independent medical examinations. Authorizes employers, in workers' compensation cases, to obtain more than one independent medical examination per medical specialty in situations where there is a difference of opinion between the attending physician (selected pursuant to § 65.2-603) and the doctor who performs the independent medical examination.
