RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected judges of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, as follows:

The Honorable Rosemarie P. Annunziata, of Fairfax, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing June 1, 1995.

The Honorable Nelson T. Overton, of Hampton, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing September 1, 1995.
