VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 615 of the Acts of Assembly of 1992, relating to consolidation and bifurcation of asbestos cases. [H 1756] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 615 of the Acts of Assembly of 1992 is repealed.

2. That an emergency exists and this act shall become effective June 30, 1995.
