VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal Chapter 238 of the 1994 Acts of Assembly, relating to workers' compensation; uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage; subrogation. [S 2006] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 238 of the 1994 Acts of Assembly is repealed.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
